• If you travel individually other than group dates, you have to bear the additional transportation charges. ( Subject to Permission )
• Package is NON-Refundable at any Point, After Processing NO Refund,NO Cancellation at any Cost )
• Extra luggage other than mentioned on Ticket would be beared by the pilgrim ( Allowed Only 30KGS )
• Tour operator is not responsible for the Miss / Loss of Baggage / Delay in Baggage.

• Meals other than that what is mentioned in your itinerary. ( Food at Airport & Bus Transfer, Muzdalifah )
• Any services not mentioned above
• Any increase in the any type of Fare before or after departure or arrival it should be beared by Haji only.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesses duration of stay

• All Transportation Services are from Jeddah to Jeddah airport in Group
• Any increase in any type of Fare that has to be beared by Pax Only
• Child (Between 2 to 5 years age) without Bed & Food for UMRAH , For Haj Full Charges for Infant & Child Also.
• Infant (Under 2 years ) without Bed & Food for Umrah Only. ( Haj Full Charges should be paid for Infant also ) So avoid Infants & Child

Cancellation Policy

• After processing of HAJ / UMRAH / ZIARATH or any Tour formalities NO refund will be given at any circumstances.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the TOUR, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing & the following cancellation charges will apply.
• Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of tour or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour.
• Please Confirm Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Charges before Booking.
